Math
LEARN YOUR MULTIPLICATION FACTS.
Today we learned that multiplication is just repeated addition and how to find a product using the doubling strategy.
For example:
4 x 7 = 3 x 6 = 2 x 8 = 2 x 6 =
8 x 7 = 6 x 6 = 4 x 8 = 2 x 12 =
We also learned how to multiply larger numbers using expanded form.
For example:
134 x 6 = 100 x 6 + 30 x 6 + 4 x 6= 600 + 180 + 24 =804
Try these:
48 x 7
62 x 9
356 x 3
