Today we reviewed the different stages of development and the characteristics of each stage. Do you remember what the four stages are? What stage are you in? Do you have any family members in the first or third stage?

Our number talk today was a review of making MAGIC TENS. We take from one number to give to another to make a multiple of ten or see combinations of digits that make ten.
For example:
59 + 37 = 60 + 36 = 60 + 30 + 6 = 96
28 + 62 = 20 + 60 + 8 + 2 = 20 + 60 + 10 = 90
Try these mentally:
79 + 18
26 + 54
